Responsibilities
Lead the team through effective coaching and training, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining quality standards. Manage the restaurant's P&L, identify financial opportunities, and collaborate on strategies to enhance sales and profitability. Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyze sales, manage P&L, and implement operational improvements.
- Track record of achieving key performance indicators.
