Role Overview
The Shift Leader is tasked with guiding and motivating the team during designated trading periods. This role involves championing food safety and quality, managing crew training, overseeing busy service intervals, and enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team throughout shifts, especially during peak periods.
- Uphold and enforce food safety and quality standards.
- Deliver active crew training and development.
- Proactively seek to improve customer service and guest satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience leading or supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service delivery.
- Either already completed or willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
- Either completed or willing to undertake a Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
