Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations for all meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Align staffing needs with business activity to manage labor efficiently.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and development pathways for team members to promote operational quality and career advancement.
• Embody and advocate for Marriott and The Tasman values, serving as a guardian of the establishment’s culture.
• Equip associates with necessary tools, training, and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest service.
