Join Nando's Qatar as a hands-on leader in the restaurant known as a Patro. You will take charge of the restaurant's daily operations, nurture the team, and ensure customers enjoy excellent food, attentive service, and warm hospitality in a busy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant functions to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Motivate, mentor, and develop staff to maintain excellent performance and hospitality standards.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience and address feedback professionally.
• Uphold food quality, service excellence, cleanliness, and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and overall team productivity.
• Drive revenue growth while controlling operating expenses to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and operational protocols.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with support teams to meet operational and business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of three years in restaurant or hospitality management roles.
• Experience managing high-traffic restaurant or quick service restaurant (QSR) environments is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong customer focus paired with excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledgeable about restaurant operations, food safety, and cost management.
• Capability to perform well under pressure and make prompt, effective decisions.
• A hands-on, upbeat, and energetic management style.
