Leadership and Team Management

The manager supervises a team of Department Managers, guiding them to establish departmental goals, monitoring their progress, and providing mentorship to elevate performance across all units. The role includes responsibility for recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to establish a capable leadership pipeline for the restaurant's future success.

Experience and Eligibility

Ideal candidates possess prior experience as a General Manager in fast-paced, high volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial position.
