Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Residence Butler will offer personalized, anticipatory service to residents by coordinating pre-arrival preferences, welcoming and orienting them upon arrival, managing their stay meticulously, and facilitating a smooth departure. Responsibilities include ensuring residence readiness aligned with preferences, providing tailored check-in experiences, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization, assisting with reservations and special requests, handling laundry and deliveries, and coordinating maintenance. The role involves regular communication, updating guest profiles, and collaborating seamlessly with various hotel departments.

Key Duties Include

• Pre-arrival: Contact residents to gather preferences, prepare the residence, and arrange welcome amenities.
• Arrival: Warmly receive residents with personalized greetings and conduct in-suite check-ins following luxury standards.
• During stay: Observe and record resident preferences and needs, manage booking requests, maintain residence condition, assist with laundry and packing/unpacking, address technical issues, and support resident social gatherings.
• Departure: Facilitate smooth check-out process, assist with packing and payment settlements, prepare departure gifts, and conduct final residence inspections.
• Communication: Document preferences, handle shift handovers, and report operational issues for continuous service improvement.
• Support: Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, In-Room Dining, Food & Beverage, and other teams to provide flawless service.
• General: Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, grooming standards, and alignment with Rosewood values while managing resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Stay informed on hotel facilities, promotions, daily operations, and expected resident activities.
• Provide medical assistance arrangements if required.
