This role as a Residence Bell Associate focuses on providing exceptional guest service to residents and visitors within this exclusive environment, upholding the resort's legendary service standards and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents and guests at the main entrance, ensuring a courteous welcome and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling duties including loading and unloading residents' vehicles promptly and safely.
• Support residents during moves by helping transport items and carefully tagging and recording all belongings for accountability.
• Maintain timely coordination with the Residences Butler team to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Deliver items such as parcels, groceries, and bottled water to residents' homes as requested.
• Log and track assigned tasks using Unifocus software to guarantee resolution within expected timeframes.
• Provide assistance in organizing residents' belongings or moving smaller items when requested.
• Occasionally cover the Residences Butler reception, handling inquiries and phone calls professionally.
• Engage residents warmly in the lobby to foster positive communication and strong presence.
• Gather residents’ preferences and relay them to the Butler team to ensure personalized service.
• Participate in daily briefings and handovers to remain informed about current operations and follow-ups.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of residence events and activities to assist residents accordingly.
• Provide guided tours of the hotel facilities and escort residents to various areas to enhance their experience.
• Understand and anticipate residents’ routines, preferences, and needs to deliver proactive, tailored service.
• Welcome visitors during site inspections and offer refreshments in collaboration with the Butler team.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, butlers, and operational departments for efficient service delivery.
• Report resident requests or issues promptly to appropriate team members.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas, conducting regular inspections and addressing concerns immediately.
• Adhere rigorously to all health, safety, and security standards.
• Exemplify the Rosewood brand by delivering service with professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident information.
• Work flexibly to meet operational requirements and uphold Rosewood’s grooming and appearance standards.
