Role Responsibilities

• Restock guest room minibar items precisely according to set par levels and hotel procedures.
• Daily verify minibar consumption and ensure accurate recording of charges in the management system.
• Maintain freshness, proper storage, and validity of all minibar items.
• Keep minibar pantries and storage spaces clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Report promptly any shortages, damages, missing items, or technical issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Finance departments for seamless minibar operations and billing accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control and order requisitions.
• Assist Housekeeping in managing daily minibar activities to maintain operational efficiency.
• Provide courteous, guest-focused service while respecting privacy at all times.
• Strictly adhere to all Rosewood Doha’s safety, hygiene, and service standards.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanour consistently.
• Deliver efficient, courteous service to guests at all times.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Protect guest confidentiality and handle information securely.
• Comply with health, safety, hygiene, and security regulations rigorously.
• Use equipment and supplies responsibly; report any malfunctions immediately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and departments to enable smooth functioning.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve job skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as required by management within operational needs.
