Role Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.
• Deliver top-quality food and beverage services.
• Prepare tables, service spaces, lounges, and event areas in line with specific requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stock readiness of guest and event spaces at all times.
• Contribute to the setup and smooth execution of exhibitions, conferences, private functions, and special events.
• Assist in event preparation, guest reception, active service, and clearing post-event.
• Proactively anticipate and efficiently respond to guest requests.
• Uphold high standards regarding appearance, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Monitor service supplies and equipment, reporting needs for replenishment promptly.
• Adhere to company policies on service standards, grooming, hygiene, and operations.
