Join Acosta’s retail merchandising team based in Hollywood, Florida, supporting a leading grocery retailer in the Southeastern US. This full-time role focuses on executing store reset and remodel projects, ensuring that store layouts meet plan-o-gram standards. The position offers steady, hands-on work with a supportive team environment.

Working Schedule

• Consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Early shift hours allowing for earlier completion of workdays
• Possibility of a 4-day work week for many teams
• Potential downtime during major holiday periods

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately follow plan-o-grams to carry out store resets and remodels
• Relocate and clean shelving, install racks and fixtures, and merchandise products properly
• Apply shelf tags and strips while maintaining plan-o-gram accuracy
• Handle pack-outs, restocking, and reordering tasks
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to maintain merchandising standards
• Use web-based tools to manage scheduling, assignments, timekeeping, mileage, and expenses
• Maintain precise and efficient documentation

Experience and Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple store locations
• Prior experience using and reading plan-o-grams is required
• Previous grocery reset experience is strongly preferred
• Professional appearance with a solid work ethic
• Access to computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities
• Comfort with smartphones and handheld device technology
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 60 pounds
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Capability or willingness to use basic hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and box cutters
• Ability to safely use ladders or step stools when necessary
