Reset Merchandiser - Southeast Region

Overview

Join Acosta's retail merchandising team supporting a major grocery retailer in the Southeast, based in Fort Myers, Florida. This full-time position focuses on executing store layout resets and remodel projects to ensure a high-quality in-store presentation.

Work Schedule and Environment

• Consistent scheduling with dependable work opportunities
• Early morning shifts (5:00 AM to 3:30 PM), allowing earlier end-of-day
• Monday through Thursday workweek, with four-day week options on many teams

Key Duties

• Interpret and follow plan-o-grams to accurately complete resets and remodels
• Move and clean shelves, install fixtures and racks, and merchandise products appropriately
• Accurately place shelf tags and strips, maintaining planogram consistency
• Manage pack-outs, restocks, and product reorders
• Collaborate with store staff and teammates to meet merchandising standards
• Use web-based applications to track schedules, assignments, timekeeping, mileage, and expenses
• Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements

• Reliable transportation with ability to travel to multiple store sites
• Experience reading and utilizing plan-o-grams is mandatory
• Prior grocery reset experience is highly preferred
• Professional appearance coupled with a strong work ethic
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devices
• Capability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds safely
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness or ability to operate hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and box cutters
• Ability to safely climb and stand on ladders or step stools as required
