Reset Merchandiser - Southeast

Overview

Join Acosta as a dedicated Reset Merchandiser supporting a prominent grocery retailer across the Southeast region. This full-time, onsite role based in Miami, Florida requires motivated individuals passionate about hands-on, detail-focused retail merchandising within fast-paced store settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a consistent pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; company-paid life insurance along with short- and long-term disability coverage; participation in a 401k retirement program; and a generous paid time off package.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Regular Monday through Thursday shifts from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Opportunities for a 4-day workweek on many teams
• Potential for downtime during major holiday seasons
• Work with various teams and multiple store locations
• Mileage reimbursement for travel expenses

Primary Responsibilities

• Adhere to plan-o-grams to successfully execute reset and remodel tasks
• Relocate and clean shelving units, set up racks and fixtures, and merchandise products accurately
• Precisely place shelf tags and strips while maintaining plan-o-gram standards
• Handle pack-outs, restocking, and reorder processes efficiently
• Collaborate with store staff and teammates to uphold merchandising quality
• Utilize digital platforms for scheduling, task management, timekeeping, mileage, and expense reporting
• Accurately complete required documentation

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel to several store locations
• Experience interpreting and implementing plan-o-grams is mandatory
• Previous grocery reset experience is highly advantageous
• Professional appearance and commitment to work ethics
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devices
• Physically able to lift and carry loads up to 60 pounds
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability or readiness to operate basic tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and case cutters
• Capability to safely climb and stand on ladders or step stools as needed
