Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally, establishing rapport and assessing their vehicle needs from the outset.
• Facilitate the rental process efficiently by preparing rental contracts and confidently recommending vehicle upgrades and optional protection and fuel packages.
• Strive to surpass sales targets by effectively cross-selling and upselling our products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, maintaining an organized and service-focused approach at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record in sales with experience in upselling and closing deals; passion for meeting targets and engaging directly with customers.
• Relevant background in sectors such as retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental, exhibiting a customer-oriented attitude and solid relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal communication capabilities and enthusiasm for face-to-face customer interaction.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment and thriving under performance pressure.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly across flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
• Minimum age of 21 years and possession of a valid provincial driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring company sponsorship at any time.
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform; multilingual abilities are considered advantageous.
