Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions proactively and strategically to secure the best candidates before competitors do.
• Oversee end-to-end applicant management, select effective recruiting strategies, assess candidates during screening and interviews, and guide the process confidently through to contract signing.
• Ensure smooth and continuously improving recruitment processes while monitoring key recruitment metrics.
• Create an engaging candidate experience by supporting applicants throughout the journey and acting as a trusted advisor for the relevant departments.
• Identify the best sources for tech talent and collaborate with tech sourcing teams and external recruitment partners to build a robust talent pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Completed higher education in a relevant field such as business psychology, business administration, education, or similar and proven professional experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong technical understanding of programming languages, technology stacks, and development roles to assess candidate expertise and communicate effectively with hiring managers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to proactively address challenges and actively contribute to the growth of an international tech team.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit, working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to achieve impactful results.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent and comfortable in both English and German contexts.
