About the Role
McNab is seeking an experienced Renderer who delivers high-quality workmanship and desires steady long-term employment. Positioned in Brisbane, this full-time onsite role offers permanent work opportunities across a spectrum of commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout South East Queensland. Key Duties
- Perform various rendering tasks across diverse projects including cement rendering, acrylic and textured coatings, patch repairs, remedial work, and both internal and external surfaces.
- Prepare substrates such as blockwork, concrete, and blueboard ensuring readiness for rendering.
- Apply finishing techniques to achieve high-quality surface standards.
- Prepare and clean surfaces before rendering application.
- Mix and apply rendering products according to specifications.
- Interpret project plans and requirements accurately.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and adhere strictly to site safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively within team environments and adapt to varying site conditions.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a renderer in commercial construction settings.
- Strong dedication to detail and pride in the quality of workmanship.
- Committed to safety with a solid work ethic.
- Reliable, professional, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Motivated to pursue a long-term career with a respected construction company.
- Possession of a Construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to travel across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
