Regional Threat Intelligence Specialist

Overview

The Regional Threat Intelligence Specialist will be embedded within the Global Security Intelligence team at a leading technology company, focusing on developing detailed threat intelligence reports. This role emphasizes support for threat, vulnerability, and risk evaluations across the APAC region and plays a crucial role in evolving the company’s threat intelligence framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on various APAC locales, evaluating risks related to natural disasters, critical infrastructure, terrorism, and political unrest.
• Develop precise, insightful, and actionable intelligence documents designed to inform stakeholders, including summaries of threats, trending issues, and vulnerability analyses.
• Stay informed on emerging industry trends affecting data center development, supply chain logistics, and operational continuity.
• Work closely with fellow analysts and internal teams to collect site-specific data and enhance risk assessments.
• Undertake site visits to client data centers for firsthand risk evaluation and analysis.
• Create focused and concise briefings and presentations customized for varied audience needs.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree coupled with 3 to 5 years’ experience in risk or intelligence analysis.
• Exceptional writing ability with meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven capacity to function independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
• Advanced competency in conducting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) research.
• Comprehensive understanding of physical security risk analysis or security operations planning.
• Experience with or aptitude to master geopolitical risk platforms like Seerist.
• Proficiency in Japanese or Hindi is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Applicants must be based in Singapore and authorized to work there without restrictions.
