The Embedded Executive Protective Officer (EPO) is a dedicated security professional assigned to assist senior executives and other key individuals by integrating deeply into the client's environment to manage risks related to people, reputation, and business continuity through comprehensive protective intelligence, executive safeguarding, and travel security measures.

Key Duties

• Design, maintain and execute detailed executive protection strategies, including travel risk assessments and security plans with appropriate mitigation.
• Oversee security arrangements for executive trips both domestically and internationally, managing itinerary scrutiny, route planning, venue evaluations, secure transportation, and support logistics.
• Escort executives to provide discreet and effective personal protection during travel, events, and meetings as necessary.
• Stay alert to geopolitical situations, crime trends, social unrest, health alerts, and other factors that could impact the safety of protected individuals.
• Contribute to protective intelligence activities by monitoring threats, performing risk assessments, and updating executive threat profiles alongside existing intelligence operations.
• Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to detect emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and potential impacts on the protected executives.
• Coordinate with client teams, security staff, external agencies, and local authorities to ensure robust protective measures are in place.
• Assist with responses to incidents and crises affecting executives, including emergency communications, evacuation plans, and coordination for medical or security aid.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background.
• Certification in executive protection or related security qualifications is advantageous.
• Proven experience in areas such as executive protection, intelligence, law enforcement, military, diplomatic protection, or corporate security sectors.
• Expertise in threat evaluation, situational awareness, and risk mitigation with the capability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience organizing and supporting secure domestic and international travel for executives, encompassing security reconnaissance, route assessments, and coordination with local partners.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks while working independently and discreetly in dynamic and unpredictable settings, often beyond normal hours.
• High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in managing sensitive information.
• Valid driving license and willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice as dictated by client needs and local laws.
