Recreation Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and self-driven Recreation professionals eager to advance their careers. The role is based at Al Ain Rotana, located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with the Recreation Manager, Assistant Recreation Manager, and staff.
• Thoroughly understand and enforce all club rules and regulations.
• Update and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every work area and ensure staff are well-trained to meet these standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all club facilities, membership options, and services offered.
• Implement and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists for relevant employees and ensure follow-up actions.
• Ensure the club premises are consistently clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards across daily operations.
• Monitor and enforce guest compliance with club policies.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters for the recreation team.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in sports or leisure fields and possess prior experience in a similar role. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Candidates are expected to actively contribute to sales efforts to maximize revenue and be proficient in problem-solving. Computer literacy is advantageous.
