Job Overview

This permanent role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring staff performance, managing budgets, and delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment in Leduc, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Monitor and guide staff performance
• Plan and organize day-to-day operations effectively
• Recruit and onboard new staff members
• Define the types of services offered and establish operational procedures
• Manage cash handling, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly

Supervisory Scope

Responsible for managing a team of 3 to 4 personnel.

• Proficient in MS Access
• MS Excel
