Key Responsibilities

• Assist Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I during daily operations and tasks.
• Execute tasks as per instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the work area aligned with hotel policies.
• Manage food inventory and control costs within your assigned section.
• Prepare daily mise-en-place and support food production across main and satellite kitchens.
• Follow directions from immediate superiors to complete daily duties effectively.
• Ensure consistent quality and uphold the highest preparation standards daily.
• Collaborate with other sections for requirements, cleanliness, waste management, and cost control.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Candidates should have completed a professional chef training course with prior experience in a reputable establishment demonstrating solid culinary skills. Proficiency in English communication and familiarity with food preparation and preservation practices are essential.
