Role Overview

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Learning (DCL) team seeks a Ready to Hire Evaluation Analyst to join the expanding evaluation function within Learning Operations. This role focuses on assessing the effectiveness of various Data Center Learning initiatives globally, transforming raw data into actionable recommendations that guide investment decisions and workforce development strategies. This position plays a crucial part in evolving the team from measuring activity to assessing real impact and conversion throughout the data center workforce pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the full evaluation lifecycle for Data Center Learning programs: define success metrics, monitor progress, and produce comprehensive analysis reports that inform investment decisions across different regions.
• Establish baseline performance of current initiatives, detect gaps, and present data-backed suggestions to stakeholders to strategically identify talent pipelines and minimize risks affecting timelines and goals.
• Leverage internal Amazon analytics platforms and generative AI tools to generate insights, automate the reporting process, and enhance evaluation methodologies continuously.
• Collaborate with internal teams across customer success, Talent Acquisition, and builder readiness to align evaluation outputs with overall workforce development objectives, driving improved conversion rates.
• Effectively communicate findings and strategic trade-offs to program leads and senior leaders to remove roadblocks and facilitate timely decision-making that ensures progress of improvement efforts.

Work Environment and Team

Your typical day starts with reviewing updated data from ongoing evaluations, recognizing patterns or issues requiring attention followed by collaborative discussions with Talent Acquisition and readiness teams to align strategies and follow-up actions. Your role demands a balance of independent analysis and presentation of recommendations in cross-functional meetings. Basic Qualifications

• Experience in technical product or program management roles.
• Proficiency in project management disciplines including scope definition, schedule planning, budgeting, quality control, and risk/critical path management.
• Track record managing cross-functional programs, process creation, and coordinating release schedules.
