Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for evaluating and verifying the quality of various inserts and parts produced through molding processes. Your duties include monitoring production outputs to ensure full compliance with specified technical drawings, both 2D and 3D, and utilizing precision measuring instruments to validate dimensions and quality standards. Effective communication with customers and tool assembly teams about any discrepancies or deviations in parts before transfer is crucial to this role. Additionally, all quality checks must be thoroughly documented.
Required Skills and Knowledge
The ideal candidate will possess a strong capability in interpreting detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and be proficient in using measurement devices accurately. Understanding molding processes and quality assurance principles is essential.
