Quality Control Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive at our Malur interior factory to ensure thorough quality inspection of production outputs, verifying conformance to approved designs and collaborating with various departments to uphold quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality inspections on all factory-manufactured products.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings to conduct QC checks based on blueprint requirements and measurements.
• Detect and document deviations, defects, or non-conformities and promptly report them to the QC Manager.
• Work closely with production, design, and related teams to address and resolve quality-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of QC outcomes, inspection details, and reject logs.
• Verify finished goods correspond precisely with drawing specifications before dispatch or handover.
• Oversee corrective actions for quality issues and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and manage basic quality reports and data using Excel for management review.
• Assist the QC Manager in maintaining and enforcing factory-wide quality standards and processes.
• Adhere strictly to organizational quality protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in quality control within the Interior, Furniture, or Interior Fit-out sectors.
• Competency in reading and understanding technical and engineering drawings.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills for collaborating across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality excellence.
• Capability to work autonomously on the manufacturing floor.
