QC Instrument Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled QC Instrument Inspectors experienced in Saudi Aramco JKT and PDM inspections. This position involves performing precise instrumentation quality checks aligned with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, procedures, and overall project quality standards.

Key Duties

• Conduct detailed instrumentation inspections following approved documentation and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Carry out and support Joint Key Testing (JKT) and Pre-Delivery Monitoring (PDM) inspections per Saudi Aramco’s requirements.
• Examine instrument installation including tubing, cabling, junction boxes, terminations, and associated tasks.
• Verify materials, workmanship, installations, testing, and calibration activities for adherence to quality criteria.
• Detect defects, deviations, and non-conformities while facilitating corrective measures.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and quality control teams to address any inspection discrepancies.
• Generate and manage inspection reports, checklists, quality documentation, and related records.
• Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions ensuring their prompt resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QC Instrument Inspector within Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Mandatory experience conducting Saudi Aramco JKT and PDM inspections.
• In-depth understanding of instrumentation inspection procedures, ITPs, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Hands-on exposure to inspecting instrument installations, testing, and calibration tasks.
• Excellent communication, coordination, thorough documentation, and reporting capabilities.
