Role Overview

We are inviting applications for Mid to Senior Python Developers to join our backend team. This role involves diverse challenges including coding for data ingestion, collaboration with AI Engineers on complex data analysis, and developing Restful APIs via Django to support a React frontend. We seek developers who are passionate about producing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will have broad autonomy to identify and solve problems while collaborating closely with stakeholders to design innovative features. Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and reliable Python-based solutions.
• Create, use, and design REST APIs to facilitate smooth application integration.
• Apply performance optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency.
• Maintain high code quality by writing thorough tests and engaging in peer code reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable professional experience of at least 3 years in Python programming.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex technical topics to team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Django framework and Django Rest Framework for backend development.
• Degree in Computer Science or closely related field, with a grade of 2:1 or higher.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of build pipelines and continuous integration tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform.

Additional Information
