Python Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking Full Stack Developers to engage in sophisticated engineering initiatives, digital platforms, and marketplaces for diverse clients utilizing cutting-edge technologies. Candidates will be at the forefront of technology trends, continually trained to expand their skills across multiple programming languages. The role demands proactive problem-solving to address end user challenges with a significant focus on designing and coding to contribute throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with expert programmers and active participation in open source communities and technical user groups are key aspects. This position involves custom development of innovative platforms and solutions, primarily operating at scale with cloud-native architectures for Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale digital platforms and complex engineering projects with an emphasis on cloud-native architectures.
• Co-create and build new products and platforms aligned with client needs.
• Engage in open source contribution and continuous technology upskilling.
• Translate business requirements into detailed application and database designs, both at high and low levels.
• Implement and optimize data models using AWS Aurora Database for efficient performance.
• Construct solution architectures primarily on AWS, making key decisions on technical designs.
• Develop AWS Lambda functions following best practices with deep understanding of Python and Lambda integrations, as well as GraphQL and ReactJS frameworks.
• Lead and provide technical direction to development teams regarding design, code reusability, performance enhancements, and adherence to best practices.
• Produce proof of concepts and foundational frameworks leveraging AWS and Python technologies.
• Demonstrate strong AWS expertise; certification is preferred.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing procedures.
• Continuously monitor and improve backend system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges using debugging and root cause analysis techniques.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including frontend developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Review deliverables and mentor team members on best practices and quality standards.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience with design patterns, system design, and data structures is mandatory.
• Strong programming skills in Python and deep expertise in AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda functions, ReactJS, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of AWS Aurora Database and capability to optimize data models.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Educational Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization is required.
