Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end technology solutions for complex projects in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with expert programmers and participate in open source and tech user groups.
• Create custom platforms and solutions, contributing to large scale digital platforms using cloud-native architectures.
• Partner with Fortune 500 companies on innovative technology initiatives.
• Co-create and develop new products and platforms tailored to client needs.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to open source projects.
• Translate business requirements into application and database designs at both low and high levels.
• Optimize data models and performance, especially with AWS Aurora databases.
• Architect solutions on AWS and make critical technical design decisions.
• Utilize AWS Lambda functions and understand integrations with Python, GraphQL, and ReactJS frameworks.
• Lead development teams ensuring design quality, code reusability, and high performance.
• Build prototypes and foundational frameworks using AWS and Python.
• Maintain code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and automation.
• Monitor and enhance backend system performance, scalability, and stability.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues through debugging and root cause analysis.
• Work closely with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Review team deliverables and provide guidance on best coding practices.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong command of design patterns, system design, and data structures and algorithms (DSA) which are mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Python and AWS cloud platform, preferably with AWS certification.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda and its best practices.
• Experience with ReactJS and GraphQL integrations.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization is required to apply.
