Role Summary

The Purchasing Executive will assist the Purchasing Manager in sourcing and procuring all necessary goods and equipment for the hotel. The position involves closely monitoring purchase orders, liaising with vendors, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining comprehensive records.

Key Duties

• Support the Purchasing Manager in all procurement activities for hotel requirements.
• Handle purchase order processing via system, confirming vendor receipt of orders.
• Conduct daily follow-ups on food and beverage (F&B) orders and report short deliveries by the end of each business day.
• Execute weekly reviews of general purchase orders, updating records systematically.
• Monitor F&B vendors' compliance documentation, including HACCP certifications, trade licenses, and hygiene standards, liaising with vendors to ensure food safety adherence.
• Maintain well-organized physical and electronic filing of records compliant with government regulations and company policies to facilitate audits and future retrieval.
• Ensure procurement aligns with specified standards and implements policies per the Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOP).
• Maintain adequate stock levels of operational and F&B supplies, coordinating orders with respective departments.
