Role Overview

Join the inaugural team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah as a Kitchen Steward. This role calls for dedicated, dependable, and energetic individuals committed to upholding excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards. As a vital member of both Culinary and Food & Beverage departments, you will ensure that kitchen spaces, utensils, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and maintain kitchen tools, cookware, crockery, glassware, and work surfaces according to required standards.
• Safely operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste in line with hotel protocols.
• Assist in organizing and storing kitchen utensils and supplies appropriately.
• Adhere continuously to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior kitchen stewarding experience or similar is beneficial but not obligatory.
• Demonstrates a positive, hardworking attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Possesses a solid understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Capable of performing efficiently in fast-paced and physically challenging environments.
• Reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
