Job description
About the Company
We are a leading marketplace revolutionizing marketing by enabling businesses to purchase leads as easily and transparently as products in e-commerce. As the top lead marketplace in the USA, we empower businesses with full visibility, control, and predictable outcomes.
Role Overview
The Provider Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our provider network, which forms the backbone of our business supply. This role involves managing current providers, recruiting and onboarding new ones, and ensuring every partner meets stringent quality, volume, and consistency standards. Success in this role is measured by revenue impact rather than relationship maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire provider lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding to performance management and offboarding without involving handoffs.
- Continuously monitor provider metrics such as lead quality, volume, conversion rates, and refund rates, and proactively address issues before they affect revenue.
- Detect and resolve quality or delivery problems swiftly with clear evidence, driving improvements rather than merely escalating issues.
- Encourage providers to enhance their output and alignment with marketplace needs; terminate contracts with underperformers decisively.
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline of potential providers to ensure continuous growth and avoid dependency on any single provider.
- Minimize risk by diversifying and expanding the provider network regularly.
- Negotiate contractual terms, payments, and service level agreements that align providers’ incentives with marketplace performance.
- Collaborate closely with client-facing, product, and operations teams to align provider supply with actual demand.
- Monitor competitors’ supply changes to anticipate shifts in provider availability.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years managing vendors, affiliates, or external performance-based partnerships with revenue accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce rigorous quality and delivery standards rather than relying on informal check-ins.
- Proven experience in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and bringing external partners onboard comprehensively.
- Strong data orientation, making performance decisions based on dashboards and factual evidence.
- Exceptional organizational skills capable of handling 50 or more active provider relationships effectively.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher to communicate clearly with US-based providers on a daily basis.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to significantly amplify sourcing, monitoring, and communication efforts.
- High ownership mentality with strong decision-making abilities in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sectors such as real estate, lead generation, or marketplace platforms.
- Understanding of performance-based compensation models including revenue share, CPA, or CPL.
- Background in affiliate management or supply-side operational roles.
- Experience in building or scaling vendor/provider operations from scratch.
- Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence tools, or basic data analysis to evaluate provider performance independently.
Initial Performance Expectations (First 3 Months)
- Immediate access and context within the first days; engage with providers in the first week.
- Audit existing provider network and meet the top ten providers within the first week; identify the five largest supply risks with evidence.
- Onboard new providers early, address underperformers promptly, and establish a live performance dashboard covering key metrics within the first month.
- By the end of the quarter, diversify the supply network measurably, eliminate key concentration risks, and improve net supply quality and volume.
What We Offer
- Significant impact: You will manage the supply engine of an innovative AI-powered marketplace, with decisions directly influencing revenue.
- Autonomy: High degree of independence paired with minimal bureaucracy and genuine authority over provider management.
- Flexible remote work culture with adaptable hours and asynchronous communications; some overlap with US and Dubai time zones for weekly coordination.
- Competitive salary, details discussed during the interview process.
- Supportive and fast-moving team environment full of passionate and smart colleagues.
- Paid time off including 15 vacation days and 5 sick days annually.
- Unlimited opportunity for learning and growth with company-funded courses, books, and resources.
- Deep integration of artificial intelligence in everyday workflows for prospecting and operations.
- True ownership and decision-making responsibilities for your results.
