Job description
About the Company
We are a pioneering marketplace transforming marketing into a tool for dominating the market. Our platform offers businesses a transparent and controlled marketplace where they can purchase leads with predictable results. As the leading lead marketplace in the USA, we are currently expanding rapidly.
Role Overview
The Provider Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our provider network, which is the vital supply source for our business. The role involves overseeing existing providers, acquiring and onboarding new ones, and ensuring each partner meets strict standards for quality, volume, and consistency. Success is measured on revenue impact rather than relationship maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire provider lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding without handoffs.
- Monitor daily provider metrics such as lead quality, delivery volume, conversion rates, and refund rates, proactively addressing issues that could affect revenue.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality or performance problems with evidence and accountability.
- Encourage providers to enhance their contribution to the marketplace and discontinue partnerships with underperformers publicly.
- Maintain an active pipeline of new providers to ensure continuous growth and reduce dependency on individual providers.
- Mitigate supply concentration risks by diversifying the provider network on an ongoing basis.
- Negotiate agreements, payouts, and service level agreements that align providers' incentives with marketplace goals.
- Collaborate closely with client-facing, product, and operations teams to balance provider output with customer demand.
- Track industry competitor supply sources to anticipate provider shifts before impacting metrics.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years managing performance-based external relationships such as vendors, affiliates, or partners with direct revenue responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in enforcing rigorous quality and delivery standards with external partners.
- Experience in sourcing, assessing, negotiating with, and onboarding external providers comprehensively.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills using performance dashboards rather than intuition or partner explanations.
- Exceptional organizational skills capable of managing over 50 active provider relationships simultaneously without missing critical signals.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or above, with clear and precise communication for US-based providers.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to significantly enhance sourcing, monitoring, and communications.
- High ownership mentality and decisive in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, lead generation, or marketplace sectors.
- Knowledge of performance-based compensation models like CPA, CPL, or revenue share.
- Background in affiliate management or supply-side operational roles.
- Experience building or scaling vendor/provider operations from the ground up.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or conducting light data analysis for provider performance assessment.
What to Expect in the First 3 Months
- Immediate system access and rapid onboarding with context within days and live provider interactions starting Week 1.
- By the end of Week 1: Complete an audit of the provider network, engage top 10 providers, and identify the top 5 supply quality or volume risks with supporting data.
- By 30 days: Onboard new providers, address underperformers, and implement a live performance dashboard tracking quality, volume, conversions, and refunds.
- By 90 days: Achieve noticeable diversification of the network, eliminate at least one supply concentration risk, improve or cut underperformers, and increase supply quality and volume.
Work Environment & Benefits
- Significant impact by owning the supply engine of an AI-powered, product-led marketplace affecting revenue outcomes directly.
- High autonomy with minimal bureaucracy and real authority over provider network management.
- Flexible, remote-first work culture allowing asynchronous communication with some required overlap for weekly reviews across US and Dubai time zones.
- Competitive fixed base salary, individually negotiated during the interview process.
- Membership in a dynamic, supportive team focused on rapid progress and innovation.
- 15 days of paid vacation and 5 paid sick days annually.
- Unlimited learning opportunities including paid courses, books, and professional development resources.
- Strong integration of AI technologies to enhance all aspects of prospecting, research, and workflows.
- Remote working options with location flexibility in the United States or Europe/CIS regions.
