Job description

About the Company

We revolutionize marketing by creating a unique marketplace for customer leads where businesses buy leads with full transparency and control, ensuring predictable results. As the leading lead marketplace in the USA, we rapidly expand our presence.

Role Summary

The Provider Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our provider network, the vital supply infrastructure of our business. This role involves managing current providers, acquiring and onboarding new ones, and ensuring all partners meet rigorous quality, volume, and consistency standards. Success is measured by the revenue impact generated, not merely relationship maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete provider lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, performance oversight, and offboarding without delegation.
  • Continuously monitor provider performance metrics such as lead quality, delivery volume, conversion, and refund rates daily, proactively addressing issues before they affect revenue.
  • Identify shortcomings and performance declines early through data-driven evidence and lead efforts to resolve them rather than just escalating.
  • Encourage providers to enhance their contribution to the marketplace and remove underperformers decisively.
  • Maintain an active pipeline to ensure continuous supply growth and reduce dependency on any single provider.
  • Diversify the provider base to minimize concentration risk on an ongoing basis.
  • Negotiate provider terms, payment structures, and service level agreements that align incentives with marketplace goals.
  • Work closely with client services, product management, and operations to align provider output with demand.
  • Monitor competitive supplier activities and anticipate shifts to preempt supply disruptions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years managing external vendors, affiliates, or partners with clear revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to hold external partners to strict standards of quality and delivery, not just routine check-ins.
  • Expertise in sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and onboarding providers end-to-end.
  • Strong data orientation; decisions are based on robust performance dashboards rather than intuition.
  • Excellent organizational skills capable of managing 50+ provider relationships simultaneously without losing oversight.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher to communicate clearly with US-based providers daily.
  • Comfort with leveraging AI tools to dramatically enhance sourcing, monitoring, and communication efficiency.
  • High ownership mentality with solid decision-making skills in fluid, fast-moving environments.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience in real estate, lead generation, or marketplace operations.
  • Knowledge of performance-based compensation models like revenue share, CPA, or CPL.
  • Background in affiliate program management or supply-side operational roles.
  • Experience building or scaling provider/vendor operations from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or basic data analysis to independently evaluate provider performance.

Initial Expectations (First 3 Months)

  • Immediate access and rapid onboarding without lengthy delays; engage providers within first week.
  • By end of week 1: Audit the existing provider network, meet top providers, and identify key supply risks backed by evidence.
  • By end of month 1: Onboard new providers, address performance issues with underperformers, and establish a live dashboard monitoring key performance indicators.
  • By end of quarter 1: Achieve measurable improvements in network diversity, eliminate concentration risk, and improve supply quality and volume.

What This Role Is Not

  • Managing partners superficially by frequent check-ins instead of scrutinizing metrics.
  • Avoiding difficult conversations and allowing poor performers to continue unchecked.
  • Relying on others to provide dashboards instead of analyzing data independently.
  • Managing only a small number of vendors and calling it a partnership.
  • Maintaining a static book of accounts instead of aggressively expanding and refining supply.
  • Expecting a predefined playbook; this role involves creating strategies proactively.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive fixed base salary, discussed individually during interview.
  • Remote-first work environment supporting flexible hours with asynchronous communication; overlap with US and Dubai time zones for meetings.
  • Ownership and autonomy to make impactful decisions that directly influence revenue.
  • 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually.
  • Unlimited learning opportunities including paid training, books, and resources.
  • Work in a high-AI environment that supports prospecting, research, and workflows.
  • Join a dynamic, supportive, fast-moving team focused on innovation.

Work Location

This position is remote with candidates based in the United States, Europe, or CIS regions.
