Role Overview

We are seeking a Saudi Project Manager to oversee projects from initial brief to final delivery. The successful candidate will ensure all projects meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects across branding, design, digital marketing, media production, and events from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, task assignments, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Facilitate coordination among clients, creative teams, suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
• Handle client communications, manage requirements, obtain approvals, and provide daily updates.
• Track project progress, scope, budget, deadlines, and deliverables continuously.
• Organize logistics, expedite operations, and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Perform inspections and quality checks on deliverables to confirm they meet necessary specifications.
• Identify risks, address issues promptly, and ensure continuous project advancement.
• Prepare reports documenting project status and completion.
• Ensure smooth handovers and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Contribute ideas for improving project processes to achieve higher efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Saudi national with over 2 years of experience in project management.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and effective time management.
• Experience handling logistics, expediting, and vendor coordination.
• High attention to detail and strong quality control focus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Experience working within creative agencies or sectors such as marketing, events, media production, or design is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with project management platforms like ClickUp or similar tools.
• Competent user of Canva for creating presentations, proposals, reports, and visual materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related discipline preferred.
