Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Development Director, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development team and SUEZ Group support functions to develop bids for PPP/BOT, EPC, and O&M municipal and industrial projects destined for potential clients. Your role encompasses coordination and preparation of proposals ensuring alignment with strategic goals and internal standards.

• Assist in identifying business opportunities alongside the Business Development team and support Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) in both public and private sectors.
• Help define bid strategies, select partners and sub-consultants based on their capabilities to enhance success probability, and actively participate in consortia meetings.
• At the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase, develop the bid budget, establish bid timelines and deliverables, coordinate with partners and multi-disciplinary teams across multiple sites to ensure progress remains on schedule.
• Work in coordination with Business Developers to set target submission prices and estimate project costs accurately.
• Set and enforce deadlines for bid component preparations in collaboration with partners and internal teams, ensuring timely completion.
• Identify project risks, mitigation actions, and opportunities in line with SUEZ policies, leveraging input from technical, legal, fiscal, and contractual experts.
• Participate in contract negotiations with clients, ensuring alignment with management approvals, and facilitate a smooth transition to project execution teams.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a higher education degree from engineering school or university specializing in Civil, Mechanical, or Hydraulic disciplines.
• Possesses a minimum of 10 years’ experience in PPP/BOT, EPC, and O&M project environments, including tender response experience.
• Strong grasp of contractual, commercial, and technical facets related to PPP/BOT, EPC, and O&M projects.
• Demonstrates leadership and facilitation skills, complemented by adaptability in multicultural settings.
• Exhibits initiative, meticulousness, teamwork aptitude, and effective collaboration in international teams.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing concurrent responsibilities efficiently.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
