Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Project Manager to guide software development projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with developers to shape technical strategies, managing comprehensive project documentation, tailoring management processes to fit project needs, overseeing daily activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, and maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with development teams to establish technical direction and design system architecture for products and their supporting infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project documentation such as schedules, plans, scope definitions, resource allocations, risk logs, and status updates.
• Customize project management methodologies to suit individual project requirements.
• Supervise daily project operations and personnel to keep deliverables on track and within budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to manage expectations regarding project outputs.
• Make informed decisions about priorities, trade-offs, and risk factors affecting projects.
• Advise on scheduling, prioritization, and resource distribution based on feedback from the development team.
• Provide regular project progress reports to account managers, clients, and senior management.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of organizational assets.
• Manage resource allocation and evaluate organizational capacity efficiently.
• Coach team members on best practices in software development and implementation.
• Engage in design and coding tasks as necessary.
• Gather and analyze user feedback on products, objectively addressing emotive issues and drawing logical conclusions.

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of software development and integration technologies, including programming languages, APIs, and database systems to aid solution implementation and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex problems, identify root causes, and create effective, minimally disruptive solutions for clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and articulate technical information clearly while gathering precise requirements to facilitate project success.

Experience & Education

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support in a comparable position.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Languages & Certifications

Fluent in both oral and written English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Possession of an SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) license or certification is expected.
