Project Manager - Partner Experience

About the Role

Become a key contributor at Pax8 as a Project Manager focusing on Partner Experience, where you'll be instrumental in advancing partner education, enablement, and experiences within Australia and the wider APAC region. This role transcends traditional project management by integrating innovation and measurable business outcomes into pivotal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs within the Partner Experience domain from conceptualization through to execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and scope-compliant delivery.
• Organize planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and program progress reviews.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and overall delivery performance.
• Support large-scale learning, enablement, and educational projects.
• Drive operational enhancements to boost efficiency and scalability of programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Partner Experience teams to support growth initiatives.
• Facilitate change management activities to promote adoption and engagement.
• Produce clear and insightful executive reports and recommendations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Substantial experience managing projects and programs end-to-end.
• Expertise in project governance, planning, and delivery.
• Skilled at creating business cases, frameworks, and defining measures of success.
• Strong abilities in stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Experienced working with multiple teams and balancing competing priorities.
• Proven track record in handling risks, dependencies, and complex deliverables.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Background in technology, SaaS, distribution, enablement, or partner-centric environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
• Proficiency with project and collaboration software such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity, identifying gaps, and devising practical solutions.
