About the Role

Spingo Foods Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, Delhi-NCR region. This full-time managerial role demands a proactive leader who can manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality standards, and team coordination across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for day-to-day project execution and performance management.
• Formulate detailed project plans including timelines, manpower allocation, and execution strategies.
• Lead and synchronize efforts among cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Detect risks, delays, and operational inefficiencies, implementing corrective measures promptly.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources for project efficiency.
• Maintain strict control over project costs, minimizing unnecessary expenditure.
• Conduct periodic review meetings and prepare comprehensive MIS and progress reports for management review.
• Collaborate closely with support functions such as Purchase, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and HR.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality norms, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain all essential project documentation, records, approvals, and reports.
• Foster a culture emphasizing accountability, discipline, ownership, and continual improvement within the project team.
• Serve as the principal liaison between on-site/project teams and senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of demonstrated success in project management roles.
• Proven ability in managing teams, vendors, contractors, meeting deadlines, and controlling budgets.
• Excellent skills in planning, coordination, negotiation, and resolving complex problems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, generating MIS, reporting, and project tracking methodologies and tools.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
• Strong leadership qualities with a drive to motivate teams and achieve deliverables.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in highway projects, hospitality, commercial construction, infrastructure projects or extensive operations management.
