Accounts Executive

About the Role

Spingo Foods Private Limited invites applications for an Accounts Executive position based in Sector 90, Noida. This role is designed for professionals with 3 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, managing accounting operations, and facilitating compliance activities to ensure streamlined financial management within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily accounting records accurately.
• Manage sales and purchase invoices, vouchers, and ledger accounts.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations to verify financial accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Support GST, TDS, taxation, and other regulatory compliance activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly financial closings.
• Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties concerning account-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounts or finance, with preference for candidates having 3 to 5 years.
• Proficient in Tally/ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and standard accounting practices.
• Strong analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
