About The Role

The Human Loops (Pacheriwala Infotech Pvt. Ltd.) in Nagpur, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee internal projects comprehensively. This leadership position involves strategic planning, hands-on execution, project delivery, client coordination, process enhancement, and operational management within a rapidly expanding startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously refine project frameworks, governance structures, and processes.
• Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives from initial planning stages through to successful completion.
• Create detailed project timelines, plans, milestones, and efficiently allocate resources.
• Track project progression, anticipate risks, and proactively address any obstacles.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure alignment and project coherence.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs, and other performance measurement tools.
• Organize and lead review sessions to communicate project status and updates.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including SOPs and project records.
• Drive continual improvements in processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Manage and provide mentorship to Operations Managers, Team Leads, and associated teams.
• Take full responsibility for daily operational functions, ensuring timely task execution.
• Address operational challenges, manage escalations, and foster accountability across all teams.
• Engage stakeholders effectively to meet project delivery expectations successfully.

Required Skills and Experience

• Three to five years’ professional experience in Project or Program Management roles.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, people management, and adeptness in stakeholder relations.
• Expertise in project planning, execution strategies, risk management, and operational oversight.
• Experience balancing day-to-day business operations alongside strategic projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to interact with varied audiences.
• Practical knowledge of tools like Notion, Slack, Claude AI, and proprietary/custom software systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• An MBA qualification is preferred.
