Project Coordinator

Overview

The Project Coordinator will facilitate and oversee the execution of network-related projects by managing various project activities, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit software, the incumbent ensures the technical aspects of projects are well-coordinated and completed within the specified timeline and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison connecting the Special Projects Delivery Director, project teams, engineering disciplines, contractors, suppliers, and other involved parties to uphold project scope, schedule, quality, and technical standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and follow-ups with multiple stakeholders including contractors and consultants to keep projects on track.
• Perform detailed reviews and coordination of AutoCAD drawings and Revit models, aiding in design and site coordination while identifying technical conflicts or issues.
• Manage and maintain project documentation such as progress reports, trackers, and submissions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of pending matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Between three to six years of experience in project coordination, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or similar project settings.
• Experience managing construction projects preferably in network infrastructure, telecommunications, data centers, utilities, or special projects sectors.
• Proven practical expertise with AutoCAD software.
• Strong working knowledge and proficiency with Revit for model and drawing review and coordination.
• Sound understanding of construction drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and project coordination methodologies.
