Role Overview

The position of Programmatic Specialist is integral to managing day-to-day programmatic client campaigns. This client-facing role encompasses strategy development, campaign execution, optimization, and detailed reporting across multiple programmatic channels including Display, Native, Video, and Audio. The specialist will customize strategies per client needs and maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage programmatic campaigns including building, optimization, and reporting across various DSP platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to design media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Use first-party and third-party data for precise audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Plan and implement campaigns on DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns continually to meet performance and pacing targets.
  • Produce analytical reports and deliver actionable insights.
  • Identify and resolve any issues impacting campaign delivery and performance.
  • Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure campaign cohesion.
  • Serve as primary client contact, regularly updating on campaign status and strategic shifts.
  • Present campaign plans, performance data, and strategic advice to clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in programmatic roles within publishers, agencies, or ad tech, preferably with B2B focus.
  • Practical experience in media buying, campaign setup, and optimization using DSPs, especially The Trade Desk and DV360.
  • Expertise in programmatic media planning, buying, and developing measurement frameworks for campaign evaluation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of integrating programmatic and other paid/organic channels to exceed key performance indicators.
  • Success in managing programmatic growth in B2B/SaaS environments with budgets exceeding $50,000 monthly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and client communication.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects successfully.

Performance Goals

  • Achieve 100% of Net Sales Model (NSM) targets.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.4 or higher.
