Role Overview
This Programmatic Specialist position is a vital client-facing role responsible for the management and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Display, Native, Video, and Audio. You will own daily campaign execution, strategy development, reporting, and client communication to drive impactful marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement media strategies aligned to client goals in coordination with internal teams.
- Use first-party and third-party data to segment and target audiences precisely.
- Plan, build, and run programmatic campaigns across Demand-Side Platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance benchmarks and budget pacing.
- Generate analytical performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify and address campaign issues swiftly to maintain delivery quality.
- Collaborate across creative, analytics, and account teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Manage client relationships by serving as the primary contact and updating clients on campaigns.
- Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients clearly and professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years of demonstrated experience in programmatic advertising within publishers, agencies, or ad tech firms, preferably with exposure to B2B marketing.
- Proficient hands-on experience in media buying, particularly with The Trade Desk and DV360 platforms.
- Expertise in programmatic media planning, buying, and setting up measurement frameworks to gauge campaign success.
- Comprehensive understanding of how programmatic integrates with other paid and organic channels to exceed client KPIs holistically.
- Experience managing programmatic budgets exceeding $50,000 monthly, especially for SaaS and B2B clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-team and client engagements.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and a detail-oriented, results-focused approach capaz de managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Performance Goals
- Achieve 100% Net Sales Margin (NSM) target.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores of 4.4 or higher.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote, remote-first position based in Canada where you will work from your home office. Collaboration is primarily virtual via Zoom and Slack.
