We utilize our proprietary Customer Generation methodology to cut through market noise, focusing on driving pipeline and scaling brands, especially in SaaS and B2B sectors. Our expertise spans paid media, SEO, content, CRO, RevOps, and go-to-market strategy, building high-performing marketing engines.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Programmatic Specialist who excels in the dynamic SaaS and B2B marketing environments. This client-facing position entails managing programmatic campaigns daily, including building, optimizing, and reporting across formats like display, native, video, and audio. The role demands crafting tailored client strategies and effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee programmatic campaigns using platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with client goals.
- Utilize first-party and third-party data for precision in audience targeting.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
- Analyze reporting data to extract actionable insights and refine strategies.
- Troubleshoot and promptly resolve any campaign issues affecting performance or delivery.
- Coordinate across creative, analytics, and account teams for unified campaign execution.
- Act as the primary client liaison, delivering updates and strategic presentations on campaign status and recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of three years in programmatic roles within publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies, with B2B experience considered advantageous.
- Hands-on proficiency in media buying including campaign setup, management, and optimization, preferably with The Trade Desk and DV360.
- Strong background in programmatic media planning and building measurement frameworks to assess campaign outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of integrating programmatic and other channels to exceed client KPIs holistically.
- Demonstrated success managing programmatic campaigns for B2B/SaaS clients with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and client relations.
- High analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering measurable results while balancing multiple projects.
Performance Goals
- Achieve 100% Net Sales Margin (NSM) targets.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.4 or higher.
Employee Benefits
- Competitive living wage adjusted by job skills and experience.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance with full employer coverage for employees and partial coverage for dependents across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Mental health support via access to certified therapists and Headspace memberships.
- Physical health benefits including virtual workouts, physical therapy access, and One Medical membership.
- Generous paid time off policy including unlimited PTO (minimum 2 weeks), paid holidays, birthday off, year-end closure, and parental leave.
- Retirement plans with a 3% company match on 401(k) contributions.
- Annual tenure-based bonus and company-wide retreats.
Work Environment and Requirements
This is a remote-first role, primarily based in Canada with the requirement of lawful work authorization and permanent residency. The position involves operating standard computer hardware and software, prolonged stationary work, clear communication skills, reliable internet, and a professional workspace. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities are provided upon request.
Inclusion and Diversity
Directive values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring equal employment opportunity regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.
