Role Purpose

As a Professional Services Architect, you will be the technical lead for client engagements involving SentinelOne's EDR/XDR deployments and AI Prompt Security implementations. This role involves taking projects from initial discovery to solution design, deployment, and ongoing customer success, requiring both deep cybersecurity knowledge and excellent communication skills. Candidates should have backgrounds in cybersecurity vendors, professional services firms, MSSPs, system integrators, or enterprise security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, architecture, and design for customer projects focusing on endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations primarily around EDR/XDR platforms integrated within broader security ecosystems.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security solutions addressing AI governance, data protection, policy compliance, and mitigating risks like prompt injection and shadow AI.
• Resolve technical issues during deployments, collaborate with pre-sales teams for engagement scoping and statement of work preparation, and support channel partners in their delivery and capability development.
• Create and maintain delivery and implementation documentation and serve as a trusted liaison for client technical needs internally.
• Maintain technical credibility and offer consultative guidance ensuring customers achieve valuable, measurable, long-term benefits from the SentinelOne platform.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-8 years experience in enterprise cybersecurity, focusing on client-facing technical roles such as professional services, technical consulting, or security engineering.
• Proven hands-on expertise with EDR and XDR technologies including deployment, configuration, and migration from legacy endpoint security solutions.
• Solid grasp of endpoint telemetry, detection and response workflows, security policy creation, and integration of endpoint security with SIEM, identity, and cloud security tools.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, macOS, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing AI security controls securing employee AI tools, developer workflows, and custom AI apps; familiarity with Prompt Security or similar AI security platforms and understanding of AI-specific risks like prompt injection and shadow AI.
• Participation in Professional Services engagement scoping, effort estimation, and delivering input for Statements of Work.
• Collaborative experience with cybersecurity channel partners including MSSPs, system integrators, or value-added resellers in technical advisory or delivery roles.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical information to both technical and business audiences.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CCSP are highly desirable.
• Prior experience with SentinelOne platform and Prompt Security, along with a history of achieving high customer satisfaction in professional service settings, are advantageous.
