Role Overview
We seek a Senior Recruiter with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in AI and recruitment. You will lead comprehensive recruitment processes for senior, high-impact roles, utilizing strategic candidate sourcing and serving as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and leadership in talent acquisition initiatives and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of complex senior roles, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiations.
- Design and implement targeted search strategies through extensive market research and proactive outreach.
- Advise executives and leadership teams with talent insights, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
- Represent the People function internally and externally, ensuring alignment with company values and talent strategies.
- Proactively address needs across various operational departments such as Finance and People Operations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion via sourcing strategies and unbiased hiring practices.
- Mentor and provide thought leadership to other recruiters, contributing to key initiatives.
- Lead or co-lead cross-functional recruitment programs that enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.
- Champion change management and continuous improvement within talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Exercise autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving, particularly in confidential and executive-level matters.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Expertise in full-life cycle recruiting including advanced sourcing, engaging candidates, consultative interviewing, and closing negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, including offers, RSUs, and global pay competitiveness.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills for engaging senior leadership and external representation.
- Domain expertise in supporting business areas such as Technology, Go-To-Market, or Executive hiring with ability to recognize top talent.
- Advanced familiarity with recruiting technologies, analytics, and metrics ensuring operational excellence and data integrity.
- Mastery of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and legal recruiting requirements embedded in recruitment execution.
- High business acumen with capacity to counsel executives on workforce planning, talent strategy, and market trends.
- Sound judgment and independence to make decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Proven leadership in mentoring and fostering team development and influencing cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to drive and adapt to change, questioning norms and enhancing team and organizational effectiveness.
