Job Overview
This role involves hands-on work in prefab house frame construction using a variety of manual tools and machinery. Candidates will engage in assembling timber frames, quality assurance, and inventory management in a modern manufacturing environment.
Key Duties
- Utilize hand tools such as nail guns, saws, tape measures, and hammers to assist in frame assembly.
- Operate different types of machinery to manufacture prefab house components including roof trusses and wall frames.
- Handle timber and hardware orders by selecting and preparing materials.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished products to ensure standards are met.
- Secure completed jobs for transport to construction sites.
- Count and manage stock levels; pick appropriate timbers for production use.
- Use forklift machinery when licensed and required.

Work Schedule and Environment
- Full-time roles available across three shifts:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:11pm
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:11pm
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:11am
- Operations occur in a modern, high-tech facility.
