Production Specialist

Overview

The Production Specialist will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing excellence by supporting the assembly and thorough testing of valve products, adhering strictly to established specifications and quality criteria. Based in Dubai, this role involves collaboration with various teams to facilitate seamless operations, ongoing improvements, and uphold safety standards while delivering superior products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production orders, aligning with company operational priorities.
• Carry out assembly, calibration, and rigorous testing of valve products to comply with quality and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to implement customized solutions and special testing protocols.
• Diagnose production issues, assist in troubleshooting, and contribute to root cause assessments and corrective measures.
• Track production metrics and proactively address any deviations.
• Maintain readiness of tools, fixtures, and equipment through effective preventive upkeep.
• Collaborate with peers to push continuous improvement initiatives, eliminate inefficiencies, and advance lean manufacturing principles.
• Provide mentorship and share expertise with team members to build overall skill and capability.
• Support initiatives involving automation and digital tools that aim to boost production efficiency.
• Champion workplace safety and compliance by engaging actively in health and safety programs.
