Job Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by managing inventory accurately, handling materials effectively, and coordinating logistics. The role is focused on the Measurement Systems & Solutions business across the Middle East and Africa region and is located in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving shipments, storing goods, picking and packing orders, and dispatching materials and equipment.
  • Ensure precise documentation and processing of all inbound and outbound shipments in line with company policies.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory to maintain data accuracy.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and operations teams to replenish materials timely.
  • Arrange warehouse storage optimally to enhance space usage, traceability, and operational workflow.
  • Prepare and keep detailed records related to shipments, receipts, inventory, and logistics.
  • Guarantee that materials are labeled, stored, handled, and preserved following quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory, shipment errors, and transaction variances within the warehouse.
  • Support project and operational teams by ensuring the prompt availability and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Enforce adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to maintain safety throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with corporate and customer warehouse requirements.
  • Generate reports on inventory and warehouse performance for management evaluation.
  • Manage returns, repairs, disposal, and transfers of materials as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting warehouse efficiency and inventory precision.
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on procedures, systems, and industry best practices when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Two to three years of professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or related supply chain roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as WMS, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or project-based warehouse settings.
  • Understanding of inventory control techniques and warehouse best practices.
  • Exposure to logistics coordination and material planning functions.
  • Knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance standards applicable to warehouse operations.
