Siena is the Agent of Record for Customer Experience (CX), supporting consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns. The platform integrates multiple AI agents across customer journeys—handling sales, support, social, and voice—transforming every interaction into actionable insights.

Who We Are Looking For
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds including:
- Operators with experience as solutions engineers, implementation managers, technical account managers, or customer success professionals, familiar with complex systems and enterprise rollouts.
- Technical Product Managers with experience in B2B software, especially in CX, helpdesk, ecommerce, marketing tools, or AI automation, comfortable collaborating across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Consumer-focused builders familiar with user behavior, ecommerce, premium experience design, or analytics-heavy roles who bring a user-first perspective to enterprise software.
Across all paths, candidates must comprehend complex systems, deliver rapidly, maintain high standards, and aim to build AI agents engaging millions of users.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years in product management, solutions engineering, implementation, technical account management, customer success engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or product operations.
- Proven experience with technical products and serving enterprise customers.
- An AI-native mindset, regularly engaged with tools like Claude, Cursor, and familiar with large language models.
- Technical fluency in areas such as webhook configurations, OAuth protocols, and integrating complex systems.
- A builder's drive: shipping features, authoring documentation, conducting demos, and focusing on impactful metrics.
- Confidence engaging customers via demos and co-selling alongside sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product segments comprehensively within the AI agent ecosystem, spanning discovery, development, delivery, and customer/internal enablement.
- Create new AI agent functionalities that operate seamlessly across multiple platforms.
- Develop evaluation frameworks that enhance agent intelligence continuously, including QA suites, automated tests, and performance monitoring tools proactive in issue detection.
- Manage platform automation and onboarding workflows to allow rapid customer launches, building AI utilities that reduce manual setup effort.
- Broaden the integration landscape by adding new platforms and meeting enterprise application needs, simplifying tech stack connectivity for clients.
- Lead entire product launch processes—from internal trials through early access to general availability—coupled with customer education via webinars, training, and documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and collaborate with sales teams on co-selling; become a recognized point of contact within customer communities.
- Act as a forward-deployed product manager by meeting customers onsite, dissecting enterprise workflows into features, real-time scoping, validating pain points, prototype development, and transitioning rapidly from insights to delivery.
