About the Role

This position is for a client of Weekday AI based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, offering a salary range between INR 30,00,000 to 36,00,000 annually. The role demands more than 4 years of relevant professional experience and is a full-time, onsite opportunity.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Lead the overall product lifecycle management for the platform, from ideation to execution.
• Formulate and implement product strategy by translating business objectives into a prioritized and actionable roadmap.
• Continuously enhance the product by leveraging client feedback and analyzing business outcomes.
• Scout and assess new third-party data sources; design and maintain high-quality data pipelines.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to highlight newly launched products and features, communicating their benefits and enabling customer-facing teams through demonstrations and marketing materials; aid in go-to-market strategies.
• Partner closely with engineers on initiatives involving data pipeline architecture, API design, and ensuring the system's scalability.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to guarantee product features comply with applicable regulatory standards such as MCA, GST, and other frameworks.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep understanding of API architecture and system integration flows.
• Proficient stakeholder management skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally within Fintech, B2B SaaS, or data technology platforms.
• Familiarity with financial and compliance data domains including company financials, filings, and audit reports is advantageous.

• Must-have skills: Product management, system integration, API architecture.
• Preferred skills: Product strategy formulation, roadmap development, FinTech knowledge.
